Generally a bit of a traditional blonde beauty, Eugenie mimics her mother's traits down to a tee. As a matter of fact, she's very much obsessed with her looks, and keeps a careful eye on her skin, applies make-up often, and tries to her best to manage a perfect doll-face. Graced with a curvy figure and balanced proportions, she turns heads, and enjoys the attention.
Her clothing is borderline wild, and she has a special fondness for jewelry and dresses, but avoids low-cuts for her own obscure reason. Everything has a brand name, and many of her outfits were created either by her or for her.

HISTORY.
In spite of her mother's rigid, if loving environment, she developed to be loud, out-spoken, and generally self-interested. In all honesty, she never noticed her that her brother was doted on (Eugenie was too busy doing her own thing), and always took to being the oldest. She enjoys ordering him around, and has a strong bond with him. Akira, however, is not necessarily treated as her other brother, since she feels Akira's father is the result of many of their family's troubles.
Used to getting anything she wants as one of the richest women in the region, Eugenie has always made a spectacle of the other Rocket members, and sees them as there to wait on her. (It's not quite out of a malice as much as that she's not good with people, and, well . . . they sort of do have to.) Having grown up estranged, she has always had difficultly grappling with the fact she has neither an extended family or a father figure. As a result of this, her personality became something of a shut-in, since she understands neither the middle class or most of those considered 'below' the Fujimura family.
When she was eleven, she went on a Pokemon journey as customary for most children her age, but was accidentally burned by a fellow trainer's Charizard early on. Unnerved by this, she returned home and developed a fear of larger, more vicious types. Her life has since then revolved around studying art in her spare time, as well as training fighting types to practice karate with. Her mother, while not keeping them out of the criminal underground, has taught her some of the ropes, but only as a formality. Eugenie has no interest in taking over the 'family business', and has made this quite clear.
