At first sight, Lucien is a rather kind person. He is always with a smile on his face, always wearing a pleasant look. His voice always sound soft, pretty normal. He speaks in a way that makes people become at ease. He always act cheerful, always happy. Lucien seems to wants people's happiness and world peace. His personality always seem as that of a lovely young boy. Just one more in the crowd. His looks at points make it so that it would show a “rebellious” side of him. One draw to rock and roll, the same goes for his usual choice of music, his ever present Ipod...All in all, he could be described as a pretty normal guy with a pretty normal personality. Completely harmless.
This is, tough, a complete lie. He is anything but harmless. He can be quite the evil person. People's suffering make his joy. Their pain is his pleasure. He finds himself draw to torture, sadistic feelings that are part of his true self. He likes to hurt, torture and harm people on all sorts of waysonce more, you can include rape and mental torture to the list. He only really cares about his own self and well being. As well as his own gain. He only really gets together with a person if he can gain something. He has a controlling nature, using people as he please, “discarding” them once they seem to be of no use to him anymore, or once he grows bored of them. He is not afraid of lying to get what he wants, when he wants. He is, in fact, quite good with that. He also seems to be quite good at seeing trough people, seeing what hides behind their masks and lies. And ability obviously developed in a whole life of not trusting anybody.
He seems not to know what the word “morals” mean. He is willing to do anything and discard people as if they were mere tools in order to achieve his goals. Nobody is really a frien or an enemy. He may have allies and even foes, but this can change if that is what it takes to achieve what he wants. He is a loner in nature. A person who has such an aura that can scare others much older and more experienced than him. To those who does not know about his true nature, he seems rather friendly, sweet even. Someone who can easliy be approached. Though, one must be careful when coming closer to him, for he is a snake who hides and attacks silently. He puts people agains eachother if needed. He prefer to just sit and watch as others do his dirty job. He has a strong belief that, in this world, it's each person for themselves.
He also seems to hold no pokémon dear. They are all tools. The one closer to him is his Umbreon, but even so, if it gets on his way or lose it's utility to Lucien, it will meet an end. He pictures people as disgusting hypocrites. They'd be willing to do what it takes to get to what they want, but try to hide and be civil to each other. Lucien is extremely prideful, tough he will not lose his cool that easily, even if it's because of his pride. Thus why it's so rare to see him change from his cheerful looks to something else. Even on horrible scenes or talking about horrendous things, he still keeps that smiling face of him. Often he refers to his criminal acts and Team Rocket's acts as “the game”, not showing much worry about what he is doing.
Lucien is a snake, but is always hiding. He is rather friendly most of the time, and very polite. Even when torturing Tessa – what he seems to do on a daily basis. Even withing Team Rocket he seems to be very easy to approach, but one should not underestimate him, or they will be stabbed in little time. Lucien has long lost the belief in people, making him a complete loner who trusts only himself, doubting every word, every act from anybody. He has closed himself within some sort of shell, never showing emotions aside from the happy face that he always has on. Tough, deep inside, he does know that he still bear emotions, and fear it at some point. He knows that deep inside he does love Tessa, and knows that this is a problem, so he hides this emotion under his sadistic behavior. But, in the end, he is still a person, evil or not.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION. Standing around his 1,85 meter (something more than 6'1''), Lucien is an imposing young man in height and stance, but with an unexpectedly sweet look on his face. Tall and slender, he is handsome beyond doubting for most, but, what calls more attention, is his white spiky hair. Exactly because of that hair, along with his light purple eyes and the mark under his left eye, that he has already been said to have something of an exotic look. On an overall look he seems like any other normal civilian.
Lucien's white (and at points with a purplish hue) hair often falls in front of his face, while keeping it's spiky looks. His gorgeous face usually portrays a carefree smile on it, adding to his sweet looks. The same goes to his eyes, that, when open – seeing as they are usually closed, much to combine with his ever present smile – usually have this same carefree and sweet look on them. Under his left eye there is a purple mark that many people believe to be a tattoo, in fact, it has been with him since birth. All in all he has a sweet, carefree and pleasant look on his face that rarely ever changes. He is capable of keeping such looks even on the most horrendous moments. Though, when really angered or bothered his looks will change though his smile may stay, but his eyes, once open, will look sharp and with a deadly glow to them. Also, to those who know of his true nature, his smile seems sadistic and is something to be feared.
Lucien has a natural grace to his movements that make him seem harmless and completely sweet. It seems that every step he takes is one step more to reach world wide peace, every gesture is to help someone. Even on the most despising moments he keeps his cool and this way of acting. It's rare for something or someone to piss him off to the point where he makes sharp hard movements. Though, once again, to one who knows of his true nature, even this natural grace of his seems to be something completely evil.
His style also adds to his “light and pleasant” looks. He usually wears light colored clothing, even having white suits. He usually opts for a more casual look, with jeans and shirts. This style of his, though light colored, tend to lean to the “rock” side, with slight torn jeans, boots, old shirts...He looks like any other young man. His looks are pretty “normal”, while not completely part of “society's pattern”, he bears a look that is “normal” and within the “pattern” of a very “common” rebellious and restless group of people around his age. All in all, his ability to mix in with the crowd is remarkable.

SECRETS. His biggest secret is that he actualy does like Tessa. In his own twisted ways. To anyone who knows of the "real nature" of their relationship will classify that as a destructive relationship. They will say that he sees her as nothing but a doll, his play thing. And this is how he want people to see things. The truth is, though, that he actually like
HISTORY.
On the 28th of October was born to a “high class” prostitute a very beautiful little boy. Tough his long and royalty like name, tough his royal beauty, tough he lived in a big apartment, he was nothing but a prince. He had no “prince like” life. He was an unwanted child, kept hidden inside of the apartment. There was food there, and soon the little Lucien had learnt how to survive by himself. He didn't hate his mother, in fact, he loved her. The little boy grew, becoming quite handsome as time passed. His mother would come back home and not even try to look at him. He learnt everything by himself, from the books. Everything he learnt how to do, he learnt alone, without any sort of help. He was, in fact, a very bright boy. If given proper care and in a real school, he could have achieved great things. But he lived with a mother who was a prostitute, she might have been working with high class men, but she was a prostitute. And, at times, she'd get drunk. Lucien was nothing but a nuisance for her. And she soon found a way of getting rid of him, and earning money.
So, when Lucien turned 11, his mother sold the handsome boy to a rich old man. She couldn't careless about his destiny but it was pretty obvious. The boy was to become some sort of sex toy for the disgusting older man. He had very little idea of what was happening. He knew his mother was always “with” different man, that she wasn't the best mother, but, how could her not care when he was being take away? Why? So, the days that followed were pure terror as soon Lucien discovered that his mother had sold him. The man was rich, he used people and pokémon alike. He cared for nothing but his own disgusting self. One day Lucien was able to break free from his cell like room. And he found pokémon. He found a different pokeball, out of curiosity he opened it, what came out of it was and Eevee. It was an aggressive little creature, it attacked him when it came out of the pokeball. Tough, the little pokémon was not able to harm him, seeing as the old man soon found them and put it back on it's pokéball before he could be attacked himself.
And so the days passed, Lucien was losing hope, when the man appeared with a huge scar. He had heard rumors that it was the same pokémon he found that did this. Lucien wasn't sure, but if it was like that, then it might as well be his only chance. One day he broke away again, he got the pokéball where the wild and aggressive eevee was being kept. He entered the man's room, opened the pokéball and let the eevee out. The little pokémon seemed to hold the same hatred towards the man that Lucien did. From the shadows he watched the pokémon attack the disgusting man. It was night at this point, by the time the sun came out, the bed was bloody and Lucien was making his way out, without being noticed. 2 years had passed since he had sold, he was 13 when he broke free. Taking the eevee with him.
Little Lucien was gone. The one living now was not naive, he lived on the run, he had lost hope and trusted nobody. No one really knows how or when, but at some dark point of this part of his pas, while living on the room, he got involved with criminals. He began committing crimes. Living a life completely on the darker side of the law. Stealing pokémon, pokeballs, and other crimes. He began getting involved with the black market. That was – most likely – how he found the money to survive. He was, after all, a bright kid. Capable of living for himself. Fighting for his life. He could read people, see trough their lies, get them to do what he wanted. He had developed an evil and controlling personality. He smiled, but he was far from the sweet person he seemed. And this attracted attention. Attention from the Team Rocket.
It was when Lucien was that he got into the Team Rocket. It was also at that time that he saw his mother again, and for the last time. There was nobody around, he recognized the woman who sold him, but she couldn't recognize her own son. The one she sold and whose life she destroyed. Well, not until the last minute. When he took out the Eeeve – that at this point had become an Umbreon, but was still as aggressive as always – right before it's attack, she recognized him. For Lucien, this was good, she'd die knowing that he was taking his revenge. And, soon he left behind one more scene of what would seem as an accident. Nobody had seen him, and as the Umbreom, he left int he shadows.
He quickly got higher on ranks. He could use people, they listened to him, some underestimated him , and he wasn't afraid of stabbing them – or using somebody to do this dirty job – on their backs. When he was 20 he had already became the administer of Team Rocket. At this point he was already a very evil person. He had a thing for torture
At first, he showed a kind and sweet nature. His talk, his behavior, everything. He was just so sweet, so kind and funny. He seemed like a good person, his looks were the one of any other normal person. Just one more in the crowd. On the beginning he'd take her out, he'd have to leave at the most unexpected moments, but she never doubted. She was kind, a good girl. As they relationship developed he kept as the good guy. He seemed like the sort of guy who'd cuddle, who'd make love, not sex. And that is how he made himself be. Until things began to change, little by little. A few plays and games here and there. Then, those began getting rougher, more violent, he became more aggressive. He'd not care that he was hurting here, he seemed to be enjoying it, and, when she noticed, he had changed. His true nature was there to show. He threatened her, she now knew what he was up to, what kind of person he was. Then, he told her that if she ever thought of saying anything about the “true nature” of their relationship to anybody, he'd find and torture everything she held dear. Her family, her friends, everything. He'd torture them, he'd make them suffer, he'd kill them, slowly, painfully. This way he kept her under control.
The truth was, tough, that he actually liked her. Thus why he never killed her. Thus why he always kept her where he could keep and eye on her. It scared him that he feared losing her, and nobody would know it. They'd never know it. Not even her. And this has been going like that for 2 years. Lucien is now 23, Tessa is still under his control, he is the administer of Team Rocket, and a very evil person. Some things, the time doesn't seem to be able to change.
