He is chalk full of snide remarks, evil glares, and malevolent intent. Everything he does is with a dark undertone. Every time he speaks you can practically hear the acid rolling across his tongue. He is blatantly Team Rocket through and through. Small things irritate him easily, and big things could probably make him kill someone. He is very volatile and has a habit of clenching his jaw when something begins to bother him, and he will slowly begin to tap his fingers when he gets to the point of anger.[/b] [li] Team Rocket
Ever since he was a child, if he didn't get his way, he grew very frustrated. This has ceased slightly, but in certain situations if things don't go exactly how he wants them to, he will not be pleased. Niall has been known to also be very sneaky with his torture method of choice, and he often opts for the very private, mental kind. He has convinced a few people that they should quit before the whole team fell down around them, and they did just that. Leaving without so much as a goodbye. Things like that please him, so that does prove that he can be happy.
As for kindness, in him it is rare and hard to come by. He doesn't speak to many people and he really only completely trusts the boss and he often confides in her. Other people...Not so much. He doesn't enjoy socializing, or getting to know people. He could care less about the state of affairs outside of Team Rocket. His opinion of other human beings who do not have the same mind set as him is very low. When the situation calls for it, he is capable of lying his way through it to make them believe that he is enjoying the time spent, but he hardly ever actually enjoys anything, really. He's quite a miserable man on the inside.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION. Niall stands at approximately 6'1" and weighs in at 176 pounds, most of which is muscle derived. He has a very imposing presence, what with his tendency to stand with his arms crossed and with a scowl on his face, directed at whoever tries to look his way. His face, though always holding some form of angry expression, is really very nice. He has a defined, strong jaw line, and delicately curving lips beneath a straight nose. His eyes are gold in colour, and his hair is a few shades lighter.
He can normally be found wearing either a suit - he quite likes the way he looks in suits - or at least a nice pair of pants and a shirt, over top of which he would wear his favourite coat which is green and has a fur-lined hood.

HISTORY. Niall got his first pokémon when he was ten, and from that point on he became addicted to capturing and using pokémons, comparing their different talents and skill sets, and using them for his own personal gain. He'd had one of those normal, mainstream, uneventful childhoods that you often complain about, but in the end they really ended up shaping you to be who you turned out to be. Apparently, Niall's parents had done something horribly, horribly wrong, because their son grew up to be one very evil man indeed.
When he was fifteen, he began looking more into Team Rocket, finding as much information about them as he could when he began to realize that they had the same views on pokémon - that they should be used for their own personal gain. They were only animals that could do strange things, after all, and an animal in comparison to a human being was really nothing special. They should be exploited and put to good use. That way the human race could attain what they were meant to...Through whatever means necessary.
By the time he was seventeen, all of his original pokémon had evolved, and he had already gathered a good amount of others to support his collection. Soon, he had become a very powerful trainer indeed. He was only kind to one of his pokémon, the Arbok named Magister, because he found that it had a personality similar to its own. He often forced the Arbok upon his other pokémon if they didn't stay in line, or did something that didn't quite please him; irked him in some way. The only other one of found himself able to tolerate a bit more than the others was the Ninetales called Jupiter, simply because it had a beautiful appearance. Other than that, the pokémon were no better than machines.
On his eighteenth birthday, Niall left home with violent word, hissed curses, and a lot of kicking and door slamming. He joined Team Rocket, and soon enough it became obvious that he was one of the best there, and was offered the position of Executive and Advisor to the Boss. Of course, he accepted and now had even more power to do what he wanted with the pokémon in a very serious manner along with a group of people who wished to do the exact same thing as him.
He is prepared to see to it that Team Rocket reached the top, no matter the consequences.
