She's your rough and tough girl. She won't take crap from anyone, not even those above her. Quite frankly, no one i her mind is above her, even if she is just another among the ranks of Team Rocket. She doesn't care who you are, if you try to walk over her, you'll probably get you're face beat in.
This is not to say she isn't tactful. She knows how to manipulate, seduce,she's a woman after all. She's just a strong believer in her own power. Not women in general, because even she knows many are very weak, but her own as a person. Needless to say, she thinks very highly of herslf. She has no loyalty to anyone but herself, not even to Team Rocket. To her, team rocket is just a thing...why work alone when you can work in a group and blame crap on someone else? She obviously cares only about herself, and doing what she needs to get by. She's not above using others to her advantage, not above pretending to care about someone, when really, she cares about none.

She's about of an average height at 5'6. A lean frame, though not with out muscles. She has a rather angular face, with narrow eyes that are a dark gray in color. Her hair is black, and of a medium length, usually pulled back in a ponytail. Tan skin completes her features.

She wasn't always ho she is now. I mean, no one is born evil. Rather she was made to be that way. She was born to rather young parents, who loved each other, and their daughter very much. The first few years of her life were actually pretty good. They didn't last though, her mother died in a car wreck, and her father gave her up, because he didn't think he could raise her by himself. Five year old Felicity, of course, saw this as abandonment. She spent the rest of her young life in an orphanage, not a good one either. It was over crowded, and they were more of a tool for the owner to get money than anything. It wasn't a good place, and she ran away as soon as she got the courage at age 13.
She of course, only found out it wasn't much better out in the real world. Out there, you actually had to fight to survive. She refused to go back to that orphanage though. And so she did fight, and she somehow managed to survive. Though it wasn't with out its harshness. It was in this time that she changed, became the girl who felt like she had to fight everything, even those who tried to help her. For example, She had a home, with a nice older couple for about a week. Only to steal a good sum of money and make a run for it.
It was at about the age of 15, she met her first pokemon. A Absol by the name of Leila. They aren't friends, but rather allies, almost like business partners. They still act like that, though there he is a little bit of a bond.
Somehow, she eventually wound up in Team rocket. Why work alone, when you can work in a group, and have people to blame your crimes on? She was about 18, ands this si where she's been since.
