Essentially acting as a very . . . loosely defined social networking service, CONNECT is one of the largest of its kind. Enjoying posting pictures of your Pokémon dressed in cutesy dresses, mocking your friends for tripping over air, and your mom's random comments about how grateful she is to see you sending money to her. And shorts!

A large freshwater lake where Seaking like to breed at. The amount of Seaking and Goldeen in the lake is why it was given the name, "Kingyo". It's a very popular fishing ground, so be cautious of the many trainers looking for a fight in this area.

A small village tucked away high in the mountains. The villagers and trainers who begin their quest here are raised to focus on strength and perserverance. It is believed that if a trainer does this, they will greeted by an Entei, a Legendary Beast said to roam the surrounding mountains and forests. The Rock Gym Leader resides here.

Sub-board: ROCK GYM

A large, maze-like forest located on a mountain that is crawling with insect and grass type Pokemon. Deep within it holds an ancient town known as "Kaede Town". It's said to be a breeding ground for rare pokemon, as it's very easy to hide in this forest. Some people like to claim even Suicunes breed here, but that has yet to be proven. It's easy to get rashes when walking around here, so it's advised to wear long clothing.

A legendary town shrouded in mystery. It's hidden within the Youhei forest and is said to actually roam the forest itself, and is in a different spot every visit. There are also rumors that Shinobi inhabit this village, but if addressed, the towns people deny both claims. The Ghost Gym Leader resides here.

Sub-board: GHOST GYM

A beautiful village surrounded by the Kawa Forest that is known for its capitvating flowers, and its annual Flower Festival. It is also home to the Grass Gym, where their Gym Leader reigns superior. This small village neighbors Toohi Village.

Sub-board: GRASS GYM

A small forest that is home to a lot of common Normal and Plant types. A good training ground for beginners, as there are two towns close by and the forest never gets too dense at any point.

A village where a good group of trainers begin their journeys at. Not too big or flashy, this village contains very few houses and stores. The villagers themselves are very tightly knit, and are known to keep in touch with each other even after setting off on adventure. It is located deep within the Kawa Forest and neighbors Popura Village.

Sub-board: POKÉMON FORTRESS

A mid-sized town that specializes in flying type pokemon, with villagers that all have close connections to only Bird types. They are known for boasting about how "great" their pokemon are, and how much more "superior" flying types are, and tend to look down on trainers who use other types. They also like to decorate their town with feathers and talismans to honor the Flying types they adore. The town isn't usually very busy due to how considerably strange, and obnoxious the townsfolk are. The Flying-type Gym Leader resides here.

Sub-board: FLYING GYM

An expansive cave that winds under most of Matsunoki, even intertwining with its sister cave, Chaibu, at one point. It's extremely dark, and riddled with wild pokemon. It's advised to bring along a buddy, and not to travel alone through this cave. You should never travel without a light source in this cave unless you'd like to end up at the bottom of a pit. It's also very wet here and easy to slip, so be cautious while walking.

Sub-board: UNDERGROUND TUNNEL

A strange village filled with odd looking people who claim to be able to see the future. The houses are decorated in odd ways, with varying shades of golds and purples. In the back of the town is a big, colorful tent led by a loud man in a top hat. Outsiders commonly warn travelers not to pay or show off any valuables to anyone in the village, as they are known for playing tricks and taking others belongings. The Pyschic Psychic Gym Leader resides here.

Sub-board: PSYCHIC GYM

A large, resort-like village filled to the brim with shops and houses. Many trainers begin their adventures here, although there are less supplies in this village due to most of the stores being gift shops. It's a big tourist attraction due to the beautiful view of the Karamatsu Ocean. It is connected to the Itsosugi City via the Hannoki Bridge. The Water Gym Leader resides here.

Sub-boards: WATER GYM, JIRACHI DREAMLAND

A large, temperamental ocean riddled with water pokemon of all varieties. It is considered very hard to pass with a Pokemon alone due to the high, brutal waves, but isn't considered impossible. Many natives believe that if you were to attempt cross it on your own, the Legendary Birds, Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos would attack you until you had no choice but to turn around.

Sub-board: NEOGENESIS SCIENCE

A small Island filled with exotic sites and even more exotic Pokemon. The pokemon on this island are marked off as being Dangerous and Beginners are not permitted to enter here until they earn seven Gym Badges. Once they have done so, they will be allowed to sail out to this Island and earn their Eighth, the Fire Type badge. It is believed that if a strong trainer ventures out to the Bodaiju Island, they may be greeted by a Legendary Pokemon.
